If a hire does not work out, we recruit the replacement.
Every direct-hire placement HealthOp makes comes with a 12-month replacement guarantee. If the person we placed resigns, or is let go for performance or conduct reasons, within 12 months of their first day of work, we recruit one replacement for the same position at no additional fee.

The guarantee applies to direct-hire placements.
Embedded Recruiting (RPO) works differently: one flat monthly retainer covers unlimited hires, with no per-placement fees.
