Operating Facts
"They told me exactly what the doctors were like before my interview. It's the first time I felt like a recruiter actually cared if I would be happy there."
We actually visit the clinics to see what it's like from the inside.
Standard job boards just list an hourly rate and a generic description. They don't tell you if the clinic is constantly understaffed or if the providers actually respect their support team.
We do things differently. We visit the practices we represent. We meet the managers, talk to the doctors, and evaluate the culture so we can confidently recommend a workplace where you will feel appreciated and supported.

Is it a toxic environment or a supportive family?
Provider Dynamics
Do the doctors treat staff with respect?

Featured Support Alignments
We work with independent practices, specialized surgical centers, and boutique clinics throughout Arizona seeking dedicated clinical support staff.

Clinic RN - Concierge Medicine
A growing direct primary care and concierge medicine group needed an experienced Registered Nurse to handle dedicated patient triage, care coordination, and IV therapy.
We placed an RN who was actively seeking a step away from exhausting 12-hour hospital shifts. The new role provided a stable 8-to-5 schedule, deep relationships with patients, and an incredibly supportive physician team.
Lead Sonographer - Outpatient Imaging
A premier outpatient imaging center in Scottsdale needed a senior diagnostic medical sonographer to lead their ultrasound team and handle complex OB/GYN and vascular cases.
We matched them with a highly experienced tech looking for better hours away from grueling hospital on-call requirements. They secured a set Monday-Friday daytime schedule, a competitive base rate, and a formal leadership title.
Surgical Technologist - Orthopedic ASC
A premier physician-owned orthopedic surgery center in the East Valley required a dedicated scrub tech specialized in total joint cases.
We successfully placed an experienced tech who wanted to escape the unpredictable on-call requirements of the main hospital. We aligned them with a cohesive surgical team offering consistent block times and excellent benefits.

Questions nurses, medical assistants and techs ask
Is Arizona a compact state for nurses?
Yes. Arizona has enacted the Nurse Licensure Compact, so a multistate license issued by your home compact state is recognized here.
If you move to Arizona and make it your home state, you need to apply for an Arizona license within 60 days.

Do medical assistants need a license or certification in Arizona?
Arizona does not issue a state license for medical assistants. State law sets training requirements and requires medical assistants to work under supervision.
Many employers still ask for a national certification such as CMA or RMA, and we can tell you what a particular clinic expects.

What the team culture is like, whether the doctors treat staff with respect, how heavy the pace and patient volume are, and whether the clinic will teach you new clinical skills. We visit the practices we represent and meet the managers and doctors.
Does it cost me anything?
