Beyond The Job Description

We find out what the job is really like before you interview.

In physical therapy, a job post rarely tells you what decides whether you stay: how many patients you see each hour, when your notes get done, and whether the productivity targets are realistic.

We ask those questions before we bring you a role, so you can compare clinics on the things that matter.

Patients per Hour

One patient at a time, or two or three at once?

Documentation Time

Is time for notes scheduled, or taken home?

Productivity Targets

Are the visit targets and bonuses realistic?

Room to Grow

Is there mentorship, and a path to clinic director?

Settings we recruit for. Outpatient physical therapy clinics, multi-clinic PT groups, and orthopedic and neurology practices.
