For APPs, a great career move is about much more than compensation. It is about how you are utilized within the clinical team.
We investigate the nuances of the practice before we ever bring an opportunity to your desk. We uncover how collaborative the supervising physicians truly are, whether you will be allowed to practice at the top of your license, and what kind of dedicated support staff you will actually receive.

Dermatology NP - Aesthetic & Medical
A high-end private dermatology practice in North Scottsdale was expanding and needed an NP who could handle both general medical dermatology and cosmetic injectables autonomously.
We matched them with an experienced NP relocating from California. We negotiated a highly competitive base salary alongside a lucrative percentage-of-collections bonus structure for aesthetic procedures, plus comprehensive continuing education stipends.
Family Practice PA - Independent Panel
A rapidly growing direct primary care (DPC) clinic in Gilbert needed a Physician Assistant capable of managing their own patient panel with minimal direct supervision.
We placed a PA-C transitioning out of a high-volume corporate clinic. The new role provided a hard cap of 12-14 patients per day, dedicated medical assistant support, and a collaborative supervising physician who actively mentored rather than micromanaged.
Critical Care / ICU Nurse Practitioner
A major Phoenix health system required advanced practice support for their Neuro-ICU to alleviate the burden on attending intensivists during night shifts.
We successfully placed an Acute Care NP (AGACNP) seeking a 3-12s schedule. The alignment included a highly structured onboarding program for complex procedural skills (lines, intubations) and a premium shift differential.

Questions NPs and PAs ask
Do nurse practitioners have full practice authority in Arizona?
Arizona law defines a nurse practitioner's scope to include making independent decisions, diagnosing and prescribing, and it names no requirement for physician supervision or a collaborative agreement.
How much autonomy you have day to day still depends on the practice, which is why we check how each one really uses its NPs before we introduce you.

Does a physician assistant need a supervising physician in Arizona?
Once you have at least 8,000 hours of clinical practice certified by the Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants, you are not required to practice under a supervision agreement. You still collaborate with, consult with or refer to other professionals as a patient's condition requires.
With fewer hours, you work under a signed supervision agreement.
